Hi Guys,

PPBUS_G3H = 8.56V
PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3H = 3.28V
PPVBUS_E85 = 20.4V
PPDCIN_G3H = 20.4 (logical)
PP3V3_G3H = 3.29V
PP3V3R3V0_AON = 3.25V
PPVRTC_G3H = 3.3V
PP5V_G3H_LDO = 4.97V
PP5V_S4 = 4.99V
PP5V_S0 = 4.97V
PP3V3_S5 = 3.3V
PP3V3_SUS = 3.3V

PP3V3_S4 = PULSING Between 3.3 and 0

PP3V3_S0 = 3.3V
PP1V8_S3 = 1.8V
PP1V5_S0 = 1.5V
PP1V2_S3 = 1.2V
PP1V05_SUS = 1.06V

Also i found something called a "Matt Card" on the board.. What the he** is this ?..

Guys Help me out

I suppose PM_SLP_S5_L is steady high.
In such case, change U8000.
Just in case, test first disconnecting trackpad (J4801).

which voltage did inform you about the "always high state" of this rail ?

Or better said - how did you know?
And this voltage should only be high if "on Button" is pressed?

Only S5 power rails appear before pressing power button; when charger is connected, of course.
S4/3/0 voltages require to start the machine with power button.

As you get stable S3/0 voltages, S4 ones shouldn't pulse, must be steady high too.

So if I understand you correctly, the S4/3/0 Power Rails shouldn't be present if no button is pressed ?

And if they are, U8000 could be faulty as its giving out these Lines ?

First time when charger is connected, board should automatically turn on; no need to press power button.

Well.. this is the case..
World be almost impossible if S0 is there and S5 isnt right ?

So why do you think U8000 is the problem ?

The other S3 and S0 voltages present?
Possibly bad solders at U8000.
Post diode mode (red probe at ground) for 3V3_S4.

PP5V_S0 - 4.98V
PP3V3_S0 -3.30V
PP1V8_S3 - 1.806V
PP1V5_S0 - 1.517V
PP1V05_S0 - 1.056V
PPVCC_S0_CPU - 1.709V

PP3V3_S4 to Ground 0.32V
Ohms Mode on C7830 to ground is 44.8kOhm

As you said - i will change U8000 - ordered my Donor Board today as my last one is almost empty :D

BTW:
PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3H changed to 20.5V is this normal ?

Why do you bother with USB-C input, if already got S3 and S0 voltages?
20.5V is good voltage, no problem.
