Do you mean something gets burnt in the DCIN board?
Are you using original 60/85W Magsafe 2 charger?
The machine works good with battery, but doesn't start with charger alone?

Does it really burn charger port?
Do you see sparks, or smoke coming from DCIN board components?
Or just board turns off when charger is plugged in?

Post Q7010 voltages with charger alone, no battery.

Did you try different original chargers?

Be aware of using lab PSU.
Set 3V output and go to 16-18V AFTER connected to the board.

What component in DCIN board gets burnt?

That should be TVS diode connected to PP18V5_DCIN.
Does it happen with original new DCIN board?

That must be 24V diode.
If someone replaces it with one from ADAPTER_SENSE line, which is 5V, diode will get burnt instantly...

You've didn't mention F7005 before, which was important.
That means the short is after fuse.
Check diode mode to ground there and be sure Q7180 is not shorted between input/otput pins.

These pins have no external connection; did you remove Q7180?
Are you sure no short to ground at 1/2, or 4/5?

I can only think you don't use original Magsafe 2 charger.
Fake magsafe charger delivers max voltage from the first moment; that could be 15-18V.
Original charger delivers only 3V in the first moment; nominal voltage appears after it correctly detected the board.
