820-3662 battery only charges when off

Hi, happy to join the group!

MacBook will suddenly not charge when it's turned on.
If I shut it down, it charges normally (orange led, goes green when full).
After I turn it on it keeps the green led on until OSX starts up, then the light goes off.

It didn't work with the battery, it had a green flashing LED. I found a problem on the PPBus that was on the Q7130. I changed and the PPBus was normal. But with the problem of only charging off.

First of all, welcome to the forum!

Check exact resistance between pins 17/18 and 27/28 of ISL6259.
Post PPBUS_G3H voltage w/ and w/o battery.
Is the battery recognized and its percentage correctly showed by macOS?

Thank you friend!

Pins 17/18 - 3ohms
Pins 27/28 - 20 ohms
PPBus without battery - 12.56
PPBus with battery - starts at 11.8 and goes up to 12.56
PPBus with running system, without LED - 11.5

I noticed that when the system comes in, the LED goes out, the charger only works again if I take it out of the socket and put it back in again.

Magsafe light is not related with macOS.
Try known good DCIN board.
Also test with another 85W Magsafe 2 charger and fake charger, or lab PSU too.

I've tried it with another DCIN and another 85w magsafe 2, same thing.

I don't have a fake charger! with the PSU, it's recognized! With the system working, I place the original and it works. If I restart the mac, the original stops working!

I had already tried the Q7180, but I took it from another logic. I'll try another one!

I give news!

I switched Q7180 and D7010, apparently solved.

Now I'm trying to solve problem with display's BKL! I did something stupid that the F7700 opened! even after switching, it did not give BKL.

F7700 did not open again. I have an image, I can see it with the light on the apple.

I'm checking the component connections.

BKL is back. But strangely, if the Mac goes to sleep, the BKL doesn't come back.

With BKL working: P1 - 7.2v / P2 - 45.6v
When it runs out of BKL, 0v pins

Anything bad soldering? I will keep checking this and give feedback.

in both! If you let it go to rest or close the lid, the BKL will not come back.

Had already tried reset PRAM.

Problem with charging returned! Crazy logic! I'll keep checking the welds.
