Are you sure?
All these coils are tied together.

Post U7000 basic voltages: P_IN, AUX_DET, SMC_RST_IN, VDDA/P, SMC_RST*, AUX_OK, A/BMON.

L7420, L7430 also 0.001 sorry, was making a bad contact.

PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3H = 5.0v
PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR = 5.21v

TBA_AUX_DET = 1.3v
TBA_VDDP = 0.6V
SMC_RST_L = 0v
TBA_VDDA = 0.6V
SMC_AUX_OK = 0V
CHGR_BMON = 0V
CHGR_BMON = 0V

Yeah, that's other problem.
You shouldn't have 0.028 anymore on VDDA/P.

You can try to find the short on 3V3_G3H using voltage injection method.

Replaced U7000

there was a short on CB300, replaced now got 3.3v on 3V3_G3H

Still no turn on.

PPVIN_G3H_P3V3G3H = 19v
PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR = 20v

TBA_AUX_DET = 4.97v
TBA_VDDP = 0v
SMC_RST_L = erratic between 0v and 2.3 v
TBA_VDDA =0v
SMC_AUX_OK = 3.4v
CHGR_BMON = 0v
CHGR_BMON = 0v
SMC_4FINGERS_RST = 0v

I replaced the chip again:

TBA_AUX_DET = 4.97v
TBA_VDDP = 5.0v
SMC_RST_L = 3.4v
TBA_VDDA = 5.0v
SMC_AUX_OK = 3.4v
CHGR_AMON = 0v
CHGR_BMON = 0v
SMC_4FINGERS_RST = 0v

Check resistance over C7020/23.
Also check diode mode to ground at C7050.

Are you sure U7000 has good solders?
