Not a pure short, but really bad value.
Possibly nothing heats if try voltage injection.
Lift one side L7560 and see where the low value remains.
Check for bad values on the other big coils.

AVREF_SMC is not the same with 3V3_S5 from L7560.

Don't write ohm, if you measured in diode mode (nor volt also).
Just write .350 and will understand is diode mode; ohm value will be slightly different.
