    820-01041-a water damage

Did you check diode mode once U2890 was removed? Each chip has a filter cap near the power pin.

    820-03286 (Air A3114 2024 M3) with no keyboard/trackpad

Not sure which chip may be involved only with this issue. Sometime bad flex can cause such problem; you've said already tested. https://boards.rossmanngroup.com/threads/macbook-air-m2-a2681-touchpad-keyboard-issue-lid.64702/ One friend mentioned he directly changed all small chips related with...

    A2442 820-02098 not charging

The chips from page 57 are simple level shifters, no firmware included. Try to find a LSF0101 from other board.

    820-01041 wake up problem

On some point of T-CON, you should get 50V aprox; near the backlight connector. If not, change the small video cable. BTW, always check in diode mode with red probe connected to ground!

I still suspect overcurrent triggered for 1V5_S0, or 3V3_S0 power rails, once airport card is connected. 3V3_S0 has now good diode mode reading?

    820-01700 - short on U6960

Check diode mode to ground at J3300 & JB500 lines; compare with good board. S-UEM2 tool can help you.
