MacBook Pro A1706 doesnt turn on

when connect it to the power shows 2.5 and after second jump down to 0.1 and 0.2 and back to 2.5 again. this is a cycle.

update 5.2V but A started at 0.6A goes up to 2.5A and steady on the 2.5A

00239 for 2016 and 00923 for 2017.
Not easy to read it, as is not printed with other color than the board itself; it is engraved in the copper layer.
I'm pretty sure Google can find some pictures, if you use it...
