U7000 is fluctuating
Hello, I have this board that I've been working on for a while now. I've repaired a lot of issues but I can't figure out this last one. The voltage from the U7000 to the gate of the mosfets that are creating the 12.8v rail are fluctuating, the top one fluctuates around 10.51v and the bottom one...- Tok Tok

BIOS chip removed by other party, need to install a new one
