Yes both of them are pulsing

Tested with another machine and 1.5V is a good level as the other had 1.51V.

PLT_RESET_L is 0V and not pulsing. I touched SMC_ONOFF_L to ground while PSU turned on....no fan spin.

So checked all the big coils...here is what I found L7320, L7310, L7430, L7630 & L7520 are pulsing L7130 - 8.58 V L7560 - 3.35 V L3095 & L7701 - Not showing any reading Also ALL_SYS_PWRGD is pulsing

HDA_RST_L is 1.5V at Pin 2 of R1812 (33 Ohms).

So is the recommendation to tie the BKL_EN to supply power to BKL_PWM? Do you believe this will resolve the video shake issue?
