I am getting 20.21V @ 0.00A when plugged in. Disassembled and found this component. I have tried searching for this component based on the inscription but I just could get any results. Any help or pointers are appreciated!

Thanks! I'll try to remember the rules going forward. I did some searching and found this capacitor (CM105X5R106M25AT), would this possibly work? I'm very new to reading schematics and data sheets but it seems like it matches up with the specs you had listed.

I need some help knowing a) what is the spec on the capacitors that Louis replaced and b) where can I buy them. I know that there are capacitor books available from the online store but I am not sure which book contains the capacitor I need.
