820-2936 enters S0 state, but has low voltages on VCore rails
This board is in an S0 state, but PPVCORE_S0_CPU is at .77v and PPVCORE_S0_AXG is at .45v. Shorts to ground on both of them. The other VCore rails are at their proper voltages.
