Yeah it restarts during everything. Ive just unplugged the touch bar it hasnt restart as yet. Is that a common problem with a touch bar causing bootloop ?

I have a A2289 from a customer. Not much history on it. It keeps restarting every minute or so. Even when trying to install a new OS. The fan spins on high for a second and it restarts. Not able to do anything. I got a few Panic Medic boot alerts before I was able to erase the device.
