Amp meter shows 20v with and without the battery connected but still doesnt power on when pressing the power button. Before it switches from 5v to 20v im able to click the trackpad... but trackpad goes stiff when it reaches 20v. History - Touch Bar malfunctioned one day and didnt come back on...
