YES! A1406 battery, which works proper in another macbook.

I tried already a good battery from another 11" macbook. Same behaviour.

Update from my side, I replaced the BIOS chip woth a new one. Now it boots, I can start the OSX install menu etc. But the macbook just turns off during the install. I tried everything, resets etc... always same behaviour... macbook turns off during install! Any ideas?!

Yes ok... but still I am wonderung, that my gpu us completely fucked up. I tried already to heat it up a bit to 160degrees... but still no change or image.

Sorry, I am not fully into that GPU topic... whats wrong with refurbished or reballed GPU?! Dou you think that they just dont work? I am afraid, that my GPU is completely dead... thats why I dont want to reball mine.

Ahhh... the plastic/silicin edge bonding is already missing... so it seems someone already tried ti heat it up. :mad: So you mean, I should replace the whole gpu?

Yes, I also tried erverything without the SSD. I also noticed that I cant do any PRAM reset.

Hello! I have an Macbook Air 11", A1370 820-3024 which turns on, fan is spinning, it chimes but only has an white screen! I already checked all power rails => all are ok The LVDS connector + supply is also ok. Also no Video on external thunderbolt SMC Reset etc, trying to boot from external USB...
