Hi Aprendiz, its pulsing on all four pins of R7310, pin 1,2,3,4 pulsing from 3.7 volts to zero, and cycling :)

Hi Duke, thanks for the reply!! yeah, its pin2 of L7310, dont have a scope :( , i try other multimeter, and it goes to 3.3 to zero, sometimes 3.9 to zero, its worst. I change the Multimeter cables with other new ones, and the same :(

Duke!!! Thanks for replying!! L7310 on one of the working board, diode mode measure is 0,006 (12.4 ohms, 1.875 volts), other workign board is 0,007 (13.6 ohms, 1.874 volts)...
