SMBUS_PCH_DATA is 499Ohm ( Red probe ground at diode mode ) SMBUS_PCH_CLK is 500Ohm ( Red probe ground at diode mode ) same value is LCD connected and disconnected. Voltage is 3.3V both line when machine running .

Yes dukefawks checked LCD its for 2012/13 and backlight is working also another mac. SMC_LID is 3.3V

thanks you everybody, after replace SMC all_sys_pwrgd turned back ( maybe wrong smc soldered board before come my desk). What ever now board is working without problem.

Thank you dukefawks but voltage is looking fine.Only T29 rail is 0V but i didn't find any connection about ALL_SYS_PWRGD :( And one note: when checked to ALL_SYS_PWRGD to ground resistance 1Kohm ( some time 0.5KOHm) at this board but known good board this resistance is 15KOhm is it problem ?

Yes original 85W charger (tested 17" Macbook PRO without battery its runs ). Re flash SPI but nothing changed :( PPVRTC_G3H is 3v stable , PM_SLP_L is 3.3v ( when 3.3V fan spins) 1 sec. later turns 0V maybe give any idea about next step

Hello again After replacement Q7080 green light is ok and put back F7040. ( Also battery charging turn light orange ) but still power turn on off loop continue :(

17/18 resistance is 3.4Ohm , 27/28 resistance is 22Ohm . Pin 2 is 14.8V

F7040 pin 1 is 12,5V when removed fuse. But when put back fuse no green light. ( No short a ground PPBUS_G3H line )

Red proble at ground 405 shows both side. I have known good board measure it 395 shows i think its not important difference.
