You are definitely right duke but checked under microscope few times but cant find anything. Maybe voltage fallow in schematic can help me find problem :( When connected power supply from magsafe connector with connector take 0.23A then 0.01 and again 0.23A loop.

Yes dukefawks machine starting from battery and working but only slow charging problem and yes few months ago replaced keyboard from liquid damage :(

dukefawks 17/18 resistance is 4ohm, 27/28 is 22ohm. and tried 2 different charger. Note: all time plugged charger machine turn on also battery connected (its should be only one time when battery disconnect and pluged again machine)
