why are you sure problem is Gpu chip related? have you fixes one of this board by replacing gpu? why does not the problem disappear temporarily reflowing chip? why 650m and 750m of macbook retina 15 doesn't have this kind of problem even if they have same Gpu model?

yes, the Gpu was reflowed. After last reflow it does one second fan spin. Can a shorted Gpu cause this kind of problem or the fan should not spin at all?

How do you test data lines? They should be 3.3v, but since data signal pulses multimeter shows 0v.
