i connected a jumper wire from input to output - now 3.3v . no light

u8310 vin - 3.3v on- 3.3v vout - 2.5v pin 1 with lcd connected - 1.222ohms w/o - same q7700 pin4 - 12.49v , pin3 - 12.59v 1,2.5,6 - 0v

i flashed the bios with the one you send. I am getting dim display. Voltages onj8300 are as below 1- 0v 3- 5v, 4-5v, 5-2.54v , 6-2.53v, 7-2.53v, 8-0v , 9-2.53v, 10-2.51v , 28,29,30 - 5.16v

need 100% ok bios for 820-4924

On pin number 1, 5,6,7,8,9, of j8300 voltages are 0v . On pin number 3 and 4 voltages are 5v
