Have a macbook air 820-00165 with intermittent power issues. pin 2 of q7010 getting power. tried replacing q7010 and same result. Is there any negative effects of making a solder blob of pin 2 and 4?
No signs of liquid damage. usb ports have power but wont detect a usb mouse,keyboard or drive.
power button works but the rest of the keyboard and trackpad dont work. pp3v42 is present on pin 19.
the computer buts to internal drive but no user input devices work so further testing isnt...
fan spins for a second then shuts off

mostly between u7400 and c7400
tried replacing u7400 with a known good. no change.
all_sys_pwrgd is 0v
r8168 is 99oms
noticed that if r8168 is removed then all_sys_pwrgd is 3.3v and fan stays on
still no chime or image on...
I dont have a power supply for injecting voltage.
Would there be anything else i can do to determine if its an issue with the rom chip itself before buying more equipment?
Would be be possible to tap into another 3.3v line on the board? or is that to risky.

some components broke of when i tried to clean the corrosion. r1690,1638 and c3285.
cleaning ME reign medusa gave me an error.
also got errors...
took a second look at U1950 and there was some very slight corrosion on pin 1 and 8. removed it and cleaned the rust on the pad/chip then resoldered the chip. now it powers on consistently. still need to do further testing. thanks for your help!

Sorry I'm not familiar with flashing a new bios for macbooks. you mentioned medusa 2 in a few other posts for bios related issues. I'm assuming that this is the correct tool for it? would i need any other tools for this process?
computers history is unknown but. no signs of liquid damage anywhere.
cpu vcore is unstable will alternate between 1.7 and 3.8. sometimes it will dip to like 0.1 mV or 0v.
most of the time the computer wont start and the cpu vcore voltage will just alternate.
sometimes i get no fan spin...
