PPBUS_G3H starts with 12v then goes down to 8v and then goes up again 12v is not stable. f3010 no I get 20v only 4.5v- tili1988

I have a macbook air that gives me stripes on the display, a friend of mine told me that I have to change the ram, I measured the voltage but the 1.5V and 0.7V and present you have some idea?? thanks- tili1988
