Bad cpu I think... with the thermal camera it seems to get hot on a specific part of the CPU. Thanks anyway

I already reballed smc should I heat both the cpu and pch with good flux to try and see if it works?

The customer reports that it was dropped but not too hard... after that it continued working and suddenly it just stopped turning on... thats all the history I have...

Sorry, I didn’t, still doing the same, sometimes it shows the computer in recovery, then I put it on DFU but it can’t complete the process in neither modes.

I was trying DFU mode and found out that it only works on one of the USB C ports... when I try to put the computer in DFU when connected to the port closer to the monitor it just don´t get into DFU and even the computer to which I am connecting it gives an alert that the accesorie is not...
