i have a MacBook Pro "Core i7" 2.4 17" Late 2011. the mac lags everywhere, in apple diagnostic, recovery, new drive, new drive plugged in via usb. nothing seams to stop the lag. i remember when i was training with louis he mentioned this issue could be caused by the board but i do not remember...
ok well im 100% sure there is no corrosion under the smc, ive looked over the entire board for some sign of water, but im sure she fried it plugging in a fake air charger. how can i go about getting an smc? i know they are model specific
i have a 820-3462-a board checked voltages and i dont get a green light, yet i get 3.4v on adapter sense. i checked around all fuses to see if power was good and have not found a line with no power. any idea? think it may have sent a spike to the cpu?
