    I used like I decribed above external switch method. Now by playing with the on off switch I am able to force DFU mode but the main problem is still the same it stucks in almost half way in step 4 PP2V5_NAND_SSD0 is 2.53V stable all the time

    i found out that it is only needfull to connect the Accu and then short the SWK003 to force the DFU mode. but until now I allways only got the recovery mode. dont know how to get the DFU again?
