C7077 = 5V
R7073 = 3.3v
L7030 = 0.2V BOTH SIDE
Seems the U7000 is bad.
The board is pretty clean, no liquid damage at all. However, i don't have any video (even external).
I have mouse light and chime.
I feel pretty lost and I'm sure you guys can help me out.

Water Damager near by U1900 Replaced
Pin 1 = 3.3V
Pin 13 = 3.4v
Pin 2 = 3.3v
PPBUS_G3H = 12V
PPVRTC_G3H = 3.3V
PP5VS5 = 5.1V
PP5VS0 = 5.1V
ALL_SYS_PWRGD = 3.3V...
The board looks super clean, No liquid damage at all.
Here what happened:
PPBUS_G3H Was short to ground because of C7377 (PPBUS_S5_HS_COMPUTING_ISNS). I replaced and I got back PPBUS_G3H.
However, I don't have PP5V_S0 even PP5V_S5/S3.
SMC_PM_G2_EN = 3.2V
PM_SLP_S4_L = 0V
PP5V_S5 = 0V
PPVRTC_G3H...
I have green Light, PP5V_S5 but i dont get PP5V_SUS, PM_SLP_S3_L and PM_SLP_S4_L
PPBUS - 12.62V
PP3V3_S5 is Present
PM_SUS_EN is Present
SMC_ADAPTER_EN is Present
I don't have a good board for test, but i have measurement in both sides:
pullup resistor:
R5171 - Pin 1 - SMC_LID = 0V
Pin 2 - PP3V42_G3H - 3.42V
Diodo mode
My board With Audio Cable and IO connected:
Pin 1 - 0.405 - without Audio Cable - 0.600
pin 2 - 0.282 - without audio cable - 0.282
