    Pm_batlow_l = 3.3v pch_dswvrmen = 3.3v pm_dsw_pwrgd = 3.4v I forgot to mention: PP3V3_S3 / PM_SLP_S4_L cycling 0 to 2.7 - no short to ground.

    pins 7 & 3 of U7950 = 0V ALL_SYS_PWRGD Pulsing in cycles as well. PP3V3_S0 = 3.3 and zero (in loop) PP3V3_S3 = 3.2V and zero (in Loop)
