No liquid Damage and just stopped working.
Here is some measurement:
PPDCIM = 5.20V Drops to 4.7V (LOOP)
TBA_AUX_DET = 1.3V (normal is 5V)
PP3V3_G3H = Loop 3.4V and 3.2V after 2sec
BUF_SMC_RESET_L =3.4V and 3.2V after 2sec
SMC_BC_ACOK = 3.4V
Diode Mode
L7030 = 0.449
L6995 = 0.373
F7000 -...
I replaced UB300 and i got 0.453
However, still doing the same thing:

PPBUS_G3H = 0
PP3V3_G3H = 3.4V goes to 3.3V after a two second and stay in loop
MB with no water damage, just stop work.
Here is some measurements and i hope you guys can give me some direction.
No short to ground on PPBUS_G3H
Diode Mode (red prob to ground)

PLT_RESET_L = Pulsing

The board had a liquid damage and cleaned properly. The liquid damage are was around U7400 and U7600.
The bios was fine actually, but i can reprogram if that is the case.

L7670 (16.40 k ohm) and 7690 (10.45 k ohm) Gave me the same numbers in both sides. However, goes up and down and eventually
stops. That's the only two Weird Big Coil.
The rest of the big Coils gave me the measurement right way in both sides.

20V however, no PPBUS
L7030 = 0.03V - Diode Mode = 0.447
F7000 = 0.3V - Diode Mode = on ppbus side.072
PP3V3_G3H = 3.4V
BUF_SMC_RESET_L = 3.4V
TBA_AUX_DET = 5V
SMC_BC_ACOK = 3.4V
If i inject some Voltage on PPBUS_G3H, the CPU gets hot.
2informaticos 17/18 = 4.3 (supposed to be around 4)
27/28 = 21.7 (was supposed to be around 20)
JohnB8812 SMC is pretty clean. I tested pins 10-11 ISL to SMC and is fine.
I have question:
The schematics shows on PP1V8 0SW DFR was supposed to get 1.8V, however, I'm getting 3.2V
I thought the problem was the touch, but i replaced and the problem still.
Any thoughts on that?
Liquid Damage around U6201.
I cleaned and re soldering all the U6201 pads. Also i replaced:
L6202
C6220/22/13/14
R6210
I have 5V on Pin 46
I have 3.3V on Pin 1
I have 1.5V on Pin 9
Seems the U6201 could be bad, however, i'm not sure.
Also is not recognized in the OS
Any hint?
