sorry for a delayed reply, been busy on other boards. YES, plug in usb mouse and it does light up

Having this 820-3662 board. liquid spilled around led connector, u7501 area. no power. fixed u7501 area, and power on,fan spins. but no video.( no chime sound) check back light circuit,nothing on l8300. checked CPU vcore and it's there. connector got replaced with new one already. any advice?

No Title IT IS THE CPU. hate doing it, but no other way around when I have to get the job done. pull the CPU from another bad board, reballed and soldered on , spent almost an hour on it then it works now. testing it.

it was pretty easy to replace... and i replaced twice U7600 already

already replaced U7600 ,so.. only thing left is the CPU? ever try to reball this model with success?

R1305=0 oh R1306=0 oh ( schematics says 10,but i checked on another working board,they are all 0 too) traces to resistors connected to U7600 are all good and idea?

having this 820-2850 board, fan spins but check no CPUVOCORE. traced down and found PP1V05_S0 is missing think CPU vcore won't come out if PP1V05_S0 missing. checked on U7600, pin 13 14 =5v, pin3(en)=3v all look good, but no output PP1V05_S0, then replaced u7600 and Q7630 Q7635 but no change...

yea it's crazy how they don't sell out all these parts. thinking they must have a deal with APPLE or something not allowing the chipsets in the retail market officially

I actually placed order from see-ic on ebay just two days ago, just got the order cancelled, even willing to pay a bit more now, still no chance to get the chipsets lol. they sold out already.

the 216-0809000 and 216-0810005 are out of stock in the market for the new ones... I ordered from couple places got some 216-0810005 with engraved model on the bottom lines...some work ,some did not all in all, only the 1617 date code one (printed model on the bottom line) will work , all other...

I never bought stuffs from szxtech most of the sellers I tried failed, only see-ic 's chipsets work so far (even they still have issues sometimes,maybe 1-2 out of 10) but still way better than others personally speaking

Bought some on ebay from see-ic ,they were fine on the 0809000. but now seems they are out of stock. anyone knows where to get them? Or if anyone has extra and want to sell,please message me for the price,looking around 20 pcs

big chance on the GPU right? since I fixed problem with the MUX and VRAM also on this model.seems like everything is possible lol. just want to get a hint before I replace all of them lol.. thanks Duke,i will just go ahead and replace the GPU then

having this 820-2850 board., it would turn off the video to black screen after around 20 minutes usage. thought may have something to do with C9560, changed it ,(did this repair many times already for this model,so nothing wrong with the replacement) but problem is still there . any one came...

Now I regret about the Ultrasonic process,really makes it way harder to find. so many areas got spilled for this one. seems like no regular routines can go and check by multimeter,will just look around otherwise just give up if nothing found

I tried without the keyboard already, same stuffs. check the connector carefully couple times , it shouldn't be the issue, i check voltage on ONOFF_SMC, not low ,so nothing to do with the connector shorting it to GND
