Does anyone have any experience repairing these? The screen will not turn on. No light in front led. I do not have schematics for this one, but I have tried to google if this is a common issue.
It seems like there is a lot of these displays with similar symptoms which leaves me thinking there...
Check the CPU side if any of the outer pins along the RAM slot are loose. Tilt it under the microscope and gently try to wiggle each pin to see if it is loose, most often they start loosening on one of the sides.
Yes probably bad RAM or slot, I just had one with the same problem. Two of pins on the RAM slot was loose so I re soldered them and everything was fine.

So I have been troubleshooting a bit more on this one.

Got this board today. Had no green light, some corrosion around 6990. Repaired the Onewire circuit and got green light.
