    [SOLVED]820-3115 short on PPDDR_S3_REG

The boards all have CPUs, so 0,150 is okey? I have replaced U7300 as well. But now the board won't start anymore

    [SOLVED]820-3115 short on PPDDR_S3_REG

Getting really frustrated by this board and I need someone smarter than me to explain what is going on. When I got the board it was water damaged but started with RAM beeping. I found that there was no PPDDR_S3_REG voltage, and there was a short on the rail. I have now replaced every capacitor...

820-3437 not turning on, main power rails are present

    It's seems to me that all power lines needed for this to start are present: - PPBUS_g3H = 8,6V - PP3V42_G3h = 3,41V - PPV5_S5 = 5V - PP3v3 = 3,3V - PP3V3_S3 = 3,3V - PM_SLP_S4_L = 3,3V So whats the next step here?

    [SOLVED]820-4924 backlight

Got this with broken backlight. 12.3V on backlight. Replaced U7700 and Q7701 and I now have 52V on backlight output but still no backlight. I have reset the PRAM but still no luck. I have also tested with a 2013 LCD but still the same. Am I looking at a bad LCD screen here?

    [SOLVED]820-3437 strange charging issue

Badly corroded around U7100 and no PPBUS_G3H. Removed the old one, added a few jumper wires and soldered on a new U7100. It now starts and works fine, the problem I'm having now is that it always "detects" a charger even if not connected. It senses wether I'm using a 60W or 85W charger but does...

    820-3437 Rabbit hole

I have already put back the original U6100 since it didn't make any difference, I guess I'll try an SMC reflow first and then replace or re-ball.

Q8150 looked fine but I replaced it anyway, unfortunately it's the same :(

    820-3437 Rabbit hole

No it is not power cycling, when I do get CPU VCORE and ALL_SYS_PWRGD they stay high but I get no boot, only fan spin. I have replaced U1950 and tried with another U6100. All resistors look good but maybe a bad capacitor or something. I'll check Q8150.

    820-3437 Rabbit hole

My god, now all_sys_pwrgd is missing again. It seems like I jumped to a conclusion a little to fast. It seems like CPU VCORE and ALL_SYS_PWRGD comes and goes. Anyone got any ideas?
