There was very little water corrosion, only 2 components affected: c7564 was shorted. removed short gone. c7541 was shorted.changed, short gone. Macbook when power button pressed, start hdd, and charger light orange. cooler dont spin, nothing on screen. what voltagesi test next?

Hello, 820-3209 board is liquid free, no visual damages or burns. when charger attached no green/orange light. when power button pressed, cooler starts spinning, and on screen shows empty battery. PPBUS_G3H present. IO board and flex is good. what other voltages should i check?
