Here is one component that was corroded in the schematic, which values should we be comparing the readings we get, and how do we know which are primary or secondary rails?

So the voltage on 12v lines are slightly fluctuating for example shows voltage 11.5-12.1 and changes frequently.

Sorry my engineer made a mistake in measuring. Once we removed those to F5200 elements, we have 12.33v on the capacitor C5250. It looks like it has good voltage. Thank you for your patience. Please advise if we put them back or let us know what to test further.
