PM_SLP_S4_L on this line without trigger way there is always a pulse from 0.00V to 3.4V but nothing effecting when we trigger the SMC_ONOFF
3V3_S5 =3.3V
3V3_SUS = 3.3V too
I couldn't find the 3V3_S5/SUS line and is 4PCH's RTC signals are from:
PPVRTC_G3H, PPVOUT_G3_PCH_DCPRTC, RTC_RESET_L, PCH_SRTCRST_L these ones you want me to check signals as 4 PCH's RTC?
PM_BATLOW_L = 3.33V
SMC_PM_G2_EN = 3.43V
SMC_ADAPTER_EN = 3.4V
PM_DSW_PWRGD = 3.43V
PCH_DSWVRMEN =...
As Im always saying that Im a learner. I have found out that I forgot the put the flex cable from I/O board to mainboard. Now the magsafe lights are on always and it is orange.
PPBUS_G3H = 8.39V
3V42_G3H = 3.43V
First of all sorry for the empty post.
I get orange magsafe light on for a while then in 3 or 4 seconds it goes slowly down. I found out that on Q7630 I can read the 8.4V on 1st and 2nd leg. But on other legs the voltage jumps from 0.00 to different voltages on each leg.
I dont know where else...
Hello, my customer brught me a Macbook A1466 which has a board number 820-3209.
I have changed the all parts which had corrosion. And we have bought a new I/O board for the device. When we put the board into the case and connect everything we saw that the fan starts for a second then goes off...
Hello Everyone, one my customer brought me an A1466 which is 820-3209 board number with a spilled wine problem. Mainboard been cleaned and replaced with the needed parts. But we have some problems on I/O board too which has a 820-3214 board number. Anywhere I can find boardview and schematic for...
R0211 and C0255 is on audio board not on the mainboard.I have changed the U7000 but now I found out that under the thermal camera U7800 flashes on some point and I guess it belongs to PP3V3_G3H line where it flashes. When it flashes it went down to 0 and back to 0.1A again. It starts with 5V...
I have just found out that when I plug in the battery connector which is J6950 then starting voltage stucks at 5V but without battery connector plugged in it starts with 5V then jumps to 12V and stays there
we have found out that R0211 and C0255 has been corrupted by corrosion. So do you think changing these will sort out the problem?
but no short on diode mode. It shows 715 on diode mode
Hello my customer brought me a macbook 820-01521-A he said he poured water on it but when we took out the main board didnt find any corrosion depends on a water damage. When we plug the DC cable with all connectors unplugged main board starts with 5V 0.200A then turns to 12.15V 0.00A and this...
I have connected the screen and BIL and when the lid is closed I get ~0.003V from the second leg of R6961 which is on SMC_LID. And when I open the lid I get 3.4V from the same leg.
We get 3V w/ and w/o BIL connected from R5071. But please correct me if I am wrong do we need to measure these voltages when screen connected or not? I do really not have any knowledge about this. So please bear with me while answering my questions as I can be called as a newbie in this...
Check if LCD image stays on disconnecting BIL (J6955). = No it goes again.
We have checked the SMC_LID signal with BIL connected and we measured 3.4V, and without BIL it gives 0.003V (around) (I have checked SMC_LID signal without screen connected)
Hi everyone.
A customer brought me a A1278 macbook pro with a screen problem. We found out that LVDS cable needs to be replaced and done it. But now the screen goes off when we open the lid and it turns on and stays on when we close the lid.
I have searched on internet and found too many...
I have sorted the problem out. First I took the LC710 our of the board and checked the legs on diode mode. And found the short line. And it was 3.3V leg. So ı took the board under thermal camera and gave 3.3V to that line and found shorted capacitor. Moved it away. Put the LC710 back measured it...
LC710 on P3V3S2_SW and PP3V3_S2 gives ground on both legs on diode mode
i have checked all big coils and all i found is the one written above
i have checked pmu rails seems no problem (i dont know if i did it right, i have checked them also on diode mode)
And when I measure it I can see small...
PPBUS_AON keeps going up and down between 7V - 12V
3V8_AON keeps going up and down between 2.9V- 3.8V
RC714 on P3V3S2_PWR_EN jumps from 0 to 0.025 on diode mode
