    Yes, finally I found a short on CD32 chip and i replaced it. All chips are good now, but i unfortunately i reballed the T2 chip with the upper side, Without any need.     The Diode reading for pp1v8_SLPS2R is 0.060v. when i remove 3 of 4 usb c chip it goes to 0.320v. Is this line shorted ? Voltage reading 0b

    It was totally shorted, resistance reading was 0 ohm, i enjected voltage and i found C6213 broken, i changed it and now working.
