Hello, I have a Macbook Air Retina with a short on the PPBUS. 0V, 5V on the type c ports, no signs of liquid. Can I safely inject voltage or do I first need to remove all U72xx? When just connecting the charger nothing gets hot. Nothing looks bad as well I visually checked all PPBUS IC's.

Note there was some corrosion on R3103, R3105 and R3109, i replaced them no shorts and resistance is correct, no change in charging

3V3_G3H is present And I get 1.1V on C3104, is that the 1V1 LDO you mean?

Values seem OK after removing the 2 capacitors. Only issue is my only donor board has no D6902, will report back when I get my hands on one.

I found R6907 was at 22ohm, replaced it and now back to 2.2ohm, didnt fix it though:P
