Batteries are good. Sorry my mistake its R5380 and 5381, getting late here ^^. After remove the SMC, 5380 = 5.19 and R5381 = 5.22 so looks like the SMC causes the issue. Will try reball or replace. Thanks for the help.

Yes I am using a new battery, actually tried 2 and its the same.

I removed D7050 and U7100, it reads on R5381 = 0.771 and R5187 = 0.485. Put another U7100 on the board and no D7050, PPBUS is 12.57. If measure on D7050 Pin 1 and 2 both 0.726 (with it removed). With D7050 on the board (replaced for a new one) I get 0.522 and 0.518. Readings on R5381 and 5187...

Yes very sure. The mac is running and working fine, it can see the battery, but just say charging NO, does show charge sign though in the top bar. Will check again with what you mentioned.
