OK reflashed from MEDUSA backup and then reset NVRAM. Seem to now boot into OS Weird but on boot it looks like it is still installing the OS Says "10 minutes remaining" and then booted into OS. Not sure if that is due to the reflash. I can reclean the ME region again with the Medusa. The CPU...

    Fan speed 820-00165

OK I just did that Fan instantly dropped to normal speed at around ~1200 Seems to run fine. Ran fine for 2 hours testing. Any thing else you can think of to try? I was hoping to avoid an SMC reball etc. SMC reflow? ASD (EFI) shows no SMC error. AIRFLOW TEMP sensor shows at 128C Could this...

Yes, just replaced the trackpad connector. No change. Still boots into OS fine. Fan starts slow and just ramps up to MAX 6800 RPM. Battery temps 129C in HWMonitor I used a trackpad connector from a donor board. I now am looking at: U5810 SMC

    Fan speed 820-00165

OK webcam disconnected. New trackpad. Boots into OS. Still high fan. I am willing to start over and see what I have missed. I know this one can be solved. 1) Buy another DC-in board? 2) are there any sensors that are on the board that feed battery temp data? 3) trackpad connector? 1...

Well, I cleaned the ME region Went well. Boot up into Catalina but the Battery Temps are back up to 129 C in Hardware monitor Fan : 6200 All other temps normal. I had put in a known working used trackpad. Maybe I will put in a brand new trackpad and see if that works. The trackpad sensor may...
