There was 5V and 0.01A Board had tiny liquid damage on U8220 and C8220. Both components replaced and board only had 20V and 0.15A. With battery connected it was at only 5V. Replaced U7000 now got 20V with battery at around 1.2A Board only got 20V 0.18A. N0 chime, no caps lock light, USB...
