1. No apple logo when adding light to the screen. The screen is pitch black still.
2. I get chime when pushing start button. And the apple logo on the back of the LCD is lit. But not front.

Thanks Duke.. U where the right.. It was the heat cable for LCD screen that was missing. I didnt see it or think of it when i changed the screen.. It was the smaller cable.. Now everything is working perfect.. :)

I tried boot from good USB osx.. And i got this.. I guess the GPU is gone for ever?
The motherboard gets warm really fast and starts smelling burned close up..

I changed the screen on my customers iMac retina 27". And now after the swap, the fans start to goes super high.
Does anyone know why or what the problem could be?
