    So you have problem with PPDCIN_AON; check diode mode there. Also check FG200, FF200/1 & F5601.

    Possibly bad MPMU. If it gets 3.8V on its VDD_LDOx inputs, should generate corresponding LDOs. Check diode mode to ground on its LDO lines.

    Resolder the resistors and check diode mode to ground. Something else connected to 3V3_G3H_RTC is damaged; possibly CD3217 chips.

    All the ports have the same behavior? Compare diode mode readings on LDO lines of all CD3215 chips. Just in case, reflash U2890; make backup first.
