Can you load macOS with charger alone? Check diode mode to ground at SCL/SDA lines of UD102/50 chips.

There are more components connected. U3200 and U2890 are the first suspects. You can try first to remove the two filter caps.

We don't have certainly information about latest MacBooks and SN25A23 replacement. BTW, Master Liu replied me and said he doesn't actually have the required chips.

You have a low value on 1V5_S0 power rail. Not too low, corresponding power supply can still work; even with CPU connected. When you connect the airport card, overcurrent mode is triggered for that power supply. Small current increased caused by airport card consumption, I suppose...

Check diode mode to ground at J0401; compare with good machine. Also check all the resistors related with SPI_TOUCHID lines; RT0401/3/10-13.

There must be NAND internal failure.

I had a problem with missing boost voltage on A2442 machine. However Tahoe was able to pair it, just not detecting fingerprints.

I don't see other option. NAND failure can cause DFU error, but can't impide correct detection of the machine in DFU.

So you can't access startup options menu?

Boost enable comes from Touch ID. Did you test with known good one? Just in case, check RT0403. Also inspect J0401.

First of all, welcome to the forum! Very likely looks like SSD problem. Machine still tries to boot now? If yes, check if you can share the disk.

Check if LT601 isn't damaged. Post UT600 voltages; with Touch ID connected.

"21-42v" Seems that you have over 50V at backlight output. Possibly open LED strip connection; check the voltage directly on the T-CON board. Check for continuity between D8410 & J8500.

If 3V8_AON is good and stable, check U8100 and U7700 LDOs.
