water damage near q3200 i clean it and get 20v on usb c but only on usb c nearest touchpad on left and right.
On u3200 0 v and jumping up and 0 again.
i change u3200 but then it stop starting so i give the old u3200 back but dont now for 100% that u3200 i change was good

Compare diode mode readings around all CD3215 chips.

i found that on c3200 when usb c connected there is 0v i change u3200 and c3200 and still 0v

i compare and on one of cd3215 u3200 there is diffrent on LDO line on pp3v3_upc_xb_ldo , lower than on other ones

There are more components connected.
U3200 and U2890 are the first suspects.
You can try first to remove the two filter caps.

Did you check diode mode once U2890 was removed?

Each chip has a filter cap near the power pin.

I meant to check on that power rail (LDO), where you've said to have lower reading than expected.
