We have a MacBook Pro A1989 with a 820-00850 board, it does not power on, fans do not spin, no chime while the board is in the MacBook it starts at using .04 amps and goes up to .70-.80 then drops to .10 and loops at 20v, the board taken out it starts at .06 and reaches .24 as it reaches...
We have a working board and when testing it with USB tester the amps start at .06 but go up to .35~.40, The clients board stays at .06 and does not go up.

We connected a 140w charger and placed the board in a completely working MacBook, it goes up 0.90a and restarts. customer did not mention anything about water damage.

We have an Apple MacBook Pro model A2141 and Board number 820-01700-A that does not boot up, does not chime, fans do not spin. It Uses 20v and starts at .08a and goes up to .60a~.80a and drops to .0a before going back up.
What should we take a look at first?
