Getting the following readings:
PP Bus : 12.56 volts
not sure what to measure next, so stuck now

at-least it will eliminate the issue of the sensor. There are resistor on the board that are responsible for fan speed control without them fan is spinning with one speed. Hope that helps.

I did something very, very, very stupid! During LCD replacement (complete assembly) i was convinced i did but did not disconnect the battery. During reconnection of the new screen, there was a small flash and the machine turned on, i soon that realised that the battery still connected...
