I think i found the fault. There was a line to an resistor broken next to the ram module. I jumped the line and it starts now.

No fault history available. It is recognized in DFU and you can restore it but afterwards it does the same.

Its like this. The volltage at the 12,47V is slowly increasing and then stopping at 12,47. Its charging with 20V and 1.8Amps. Really weird fault.
