Hi Folks A total odd 1 blue line down middle of the screen But it disapears and cannot seem to get it back Have replaced the screen and the cable from board to screen board Havent come accross a blue line like a faulty screen but disapears and might not see it for a week or month

I know these a prone to cpu failure or short to cpu any direct checks

I will put it back together and connect it to an imac see if its DFU mode but would think no amps is odd

Hi removed j6100 what a battle should have used the air gun We have knocked off r6122 spi_mosi, spi_mlb_ioo_mosi Do you know if he plays a important roll as now j6100 has been removed fan doesnt spin at all

Hi I will check i have removed the 100k resistor Wondering if i should but a replacement in or to put a 47k in its place When 100k resistor was still there everytime i used a 47k and put over the 2 legs fan powered

Hi when it doesnt power up if i put a 47k accross it fan powers up So im guessing the 100k is a little low reads around 88k

i'm back now sorry about that 8.5v on that even with no power up if i use meter probe between gnd & smc reset pin 5 starts everytime
