Lid angle sensor ok, LCD screen flex ok.

Board came in with WiFi shorted and not booting. Customer wants info, with WiFi removed I get 20V and USB activity but no image, trackpad clicks and caps lock fine. No LCD connected and external monitor same problem, known good LCD same problem

Board had corrosion around C7700 yes I got 2 of this Macbook with same area corrosion. My question for this one is simple, U7700 was shorted replaced it but R7702 lost it pads and a new one cannot be soldered without some extra wire work, will that resistor for the line SPMU_IREF keep the Mac...

Checked all coils for abnormal values all are ok, checked the entire board for shorts and nothing.

Board had very very little corrosion around C7700 cleaned and replaced components from donor. Port meter 5V ~0.045aA PPBUS_AON - 12.3V PP3v8_AON - 3.8V PP5v_S2_MAIN - Pulses ~0v - ~1v PP3v3_S2 - Pulsing RC283 and RC282 heat up under thermal camera.

UB740 was moved out of place from other shop that worked on this before, all good now. Muchas gracias

No, bad cap, macbook boots now but only left side ports charge/activity

Clean board, came in with short in pp2v5nand but also has 2 dead ports UB300 and UB400. Replaced UB300 and UB400 and UB700 and QB701 and also new UB090 reprogrammed with correct firmware.

Just that he rarely ever disconnects the charger, we tried 2 different known good bakeries too

No, it shows 60% and charging icon but it does not charge

Same thing even with new battery and different charger, new battery has 60% charge and as soon as cable is unplugged Mac turns off.

I assume I have to make a bridge from SYS_DETECT_L to ground?

Yes original Apple and same thing
