Judging from fan activity, will spin as normal on start, but with PRAM reset will start, power off and start again like it should. vcore 1.75v

820-3435-B, corrosion damage to u7600 area, r7630 blown and replaced, computer now gets fan spin, however no cpu vcore, and pp1v05 is 0.4v, replaced u7600, checked r7611 and r7612. Replaced q7630 and l7630. pp1v05 remains 0.4v. I'm lost, have checked every component in the 1.05v s0 regulator...

pulled and checked u1950, looks fine, liquid didn't look to make it as far as u1900 but i pulled and replaced anyway.

Replaced original u6100, checked all resistors between r6110 and r6133, all fine, traces between them have 0.000v voltage drop along them, only traces to smc and cpu i could not measure

Originally i replaced the same chip after cleaning pin 7, when that had the result i described above i replaced with another from the same model 820-00165-a donor. Same result
