I have 2 boards with same issue 820-00165-a and 820-3437-b. They both are drawing 150ma from power supply. I checked q8150 - only voltage that is present there is S0PGD_C and it is 3.285v I replaced Q8159,R8153,R8156,R8154. Measured all rest near by resistors for their values against schematic...

sorry, i understood that i have to short(trigger) pin 5&6 at U1950 and then measure pin 3. I have to solder a wire between 5&6 and trigger SMC_ONOFF_L while measuring pin 3? Correct?
