not starting at all

Hello i have a macbook 12” early 2015 that is not charging at all, I've tried a new charging port and also a charging port Flex with a new battery and it is still pulling 0 amps. Board 820-00045-10 any recommendations on where to start

I'm so sorry for such an amateur question but how do I locate the main logic board number? Not just on this MacBook but on any MacBook, im having a very hard time finding information on how to find it.
